Propbrook Lift components

Propbrook manufacture a variety of bespoke lift components. Our in house design facility work closely with a number of independent lift installation companies, to provide bespoke lift cars tailored to our customers specifications. We manufacture a variety of lifts from plain goods lifts to ornate people lifts using a variety of finishes from textured stainless or polished wood panelling to glass or mirror panels. Each product is designed using the latest Solid Works 3D modelling package allowing a 3D model of the lift car to be viewed before manufacture commences.

As well as lift cars, Propbrook also manufacture gear rafts designed around a range of lifting gear. Slings are also a major part of the business where our laser cutting facilities are utilised to produce a folded sling that meets the rigorous drop testing standards utilised within the lift industry.

Our fire rated doors are also mass produced at our Aston premises and are supplied with a number of textured finishes. Our doors, for both car and landing have been designed to withstand the extreme conditions they will face out in the field and are widely recognised within the lift industry for their robustness. As well as the heavy weight doors, Propbrook also produce a lightweight door for less aggressive environments.
